2 lbs of chicken breasts 3 tablespoons of Chimichurri Grilling Sauce Salt and pepper 2 tablespoons of olive oil 1 lemon
2 to 4 hours before cooking chicken, make holes throughout with a fork. Add salt and pepper for slight flavoring and proceed with squeezing the juice of 1 whole lemon over chicken.
Refrigerate chicken until you are ready to cook.
Brush chicken with Chimichurri Grilling Sauce shortly before grilling. Once it has been cooked to your liking, serve it warm with more sauce. Enjoy.
