1 lb of large shrimp (12 to 15 count)
4 tablespoons of Ginger Plum Grilling Sauce
1 teaspoon of salt

Peel and "de vein" shrimp. Add salt. Place 3
shrimp on each skewer, lightly painting them
with Ginger Plum. Place them on the grill for
approximately 3 minutes per side. Once
cooked, dip the shrimp in Ginger Plum
Grilling Sauce while warm. Yummmmmm.
