Opening Orders
If you are a new retail store, please contact us with the products you are
interested in carrying. Please provide us details of your retail store, pertinent license
information and web site .
Wholesale
Retail stores and/or brokers: Please contact us by email with your information
(and website address if available), so that we can supply you with a wholesale price list
and ordering information.
Please note, a 2 to 3 week processing time is standard on all orders over 6 cases. Past due invoices will be subject to a 1.5% monthly service charge. A $25 service charge will be added for all checks returned for non-sufficient funds.
Shipping
Due to shipping limitations with our new store, Lourdes Gourmet ships USPS, "flat rate". We can
only credit items which are reported damaged or missing within 7 days of receiving. Keep
in mind that USPS has the right to inspect damaged items prior to filing a complaint, so please
wait 2 days before filing a claim with us. For online orders, please allow up to 72 hours to process your order before it is shipped. This is to insure that all items are available and that payment has been received and trasferred.
Sample Requests
We can send out limited samples, either at a discount to retailers or at the cost of shipping.
Cost will depend on the amount of samples requested.
