Opening Orders
If you are a new customer (retail store), please contact us with the products you are
interested in carrying. Please provide us details of your retail store and pertinent license
information.

Terms
All orders are shipped prepaid by means of Mastercard, Visa or American Express. A
customer may have their terms changed once they have placed 3 orders within one year.
A 2 to 3 week processing time is standard on all orders. Past due invoices will be subject
to a 1.5% monthly service charge. A $25 service charge will be added for all checks returned
for non-sufficient funds. We reserve the right to revoke payment terms at any time without
notice. Prepaid terms of Mastercard, Visa and American Express can be reinstated
without notice.

Shipping
Lourdes Gourmet ships USPS or UPS, depending on the customer's preference. We can
only credit items which are reported damaged or missing within 7 days of receiving. Keep
in mind that UPS has the right to inspect damaged items prior to filing a complaint, so please
wait 2 days before filing a claim with us.

Sample Requests
We can send out limited samples, either at a discount to retailers or at the cost of shipping.
Cost will depend on the amount of samples requested.
