Quinoa Salad with Chimichurri
Our foodie fan, Alicia, submitted her recipe to us:
3 cups of cooked quinoa
1-2 cups of black beans
1 cup of red & yellow peppers
1/2 cup of sun dried tomatoes
1/2 cup of red onion
1/2 -3/4 cup of feta cheese
2 tablespoons of Lourdes Gourmet Chimichurri
Refrigerate for 30 minutes and then enjoy.
