Shipping & Returns
*On the "CHECKOUT" page of your order, please make sure to choose the corresponding "shipping option" which names your state. If you make a mistake and choose the wrong option, we will notify you and adjust your order, or ask that you place your order again. You will not be charged more than one time.
All packages are shipped via the USPS. We recommend ordering a minimum of 2 or more items, to offset the cost of shipping.
*If there is ever a lower rate available to ship your order, we will let you know, and refund the difference.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
If the contents of your package are broken, please notify the shipping company immediately, save the package to show the USPS and take a photo of damaged item(s). Email us the photo of the damaged package/products so that we can file a claim and send you a replacement item(s) if necessary.
This does NOT apply to orders shipped through Amazon Prime. Please contact Amazon's customer service.
